The Amber Valley District Cricket Group is the organisation that provides information for cricket clubs and players within Amber Valley on all areas of the game. Club organisation and information, cricket and genetic courses, coaching opportunities (particlularly for the Under 12/13 to Under 14/15 age groups), Inter District matches, all fall within the responsibility of the Group.
In conjunction with Amber Valley District Council the Group seek to promote the development of cricket within the District boundary.
Clubs within the Amber Valley area have automatic membership to the Group and one of the main aims is to allow for the exchange of information and best practice between clubs and keep them updated with cricket development in the County.
